Britney has finally won some money on a scratch off lottery ticket. She excitedly tells her roommate Sandra the good news and that she plans on buying a new pair of shoes. When Sandra reminds Britney she owes back rent, they end up fighting over the winning ticket and Britney ends up thoroughly duct taped! Eventually, Sandra feels sorry for her long time friend and decides to release her. But before she can cut Britney loose, Dianne arrives and learns about the winning ticket.
