Alone in a dark room lit only by candles, Meagan strained against her unfamiliar bonds while her host left to greet a new visitor--Christina, who received the same offer from Mr. Savage, then was surprised when her rival walked through a nearby door, still tied and gagged but with her legs free. The dark- haired reporter was amused by the sight but understood that the only way to win the interview was to imitate Meagan so she soon sat next to her on a bright red couch, her slender white-clad body entwined by black rope and her mouth covered by more strips of duct-tape. The competitive pair eyed each other disdainfully and even bumped back and forth but were finally informed that the contest was just beginning so both would sample other styles of restraint.


Once the journalists were given a final chance to qualify for the interview they craved, they sat side-by-side on the edge of an extensive bed- space, bound with rope coiled around their short dresses, Meagan gagged with duct-tape and Christina with microfoam. Unsuccessful challenges to their bondage followed before, in a rare moment of cooperation, they turned back-to-back and plucked at the knots holding each other's wrists in place. Mr. Savage believed that such an attempt was not allowed in a competition so they were separated, then both curled up on their hips after their legs were folded by waist-ankle rope-links. Neither one could free herself from the restrictive positions and as they writhed, Meagan rolled onto her side while Christina maintained her balance; the distinction didn't matter because once they were untied, Mr. Savage informed them that he wasn't impressed by their contortions so he wouldn't grant the interview to either one.
