This clip starts where part 1 ended... I flip rachel on her stomach and reposition her under the hoist. I tie up the rope connecting her ankles and upper body and hoist her up, which tightens the ropes even more. She still has too much movement for my liking though, so I rope her ankles up to the hoist as well and then back to a hitching ring bolted to the wall. I have a lot of rope left. I use it to further tighten Rachels Hogtie. I slap her ass a few times before leaving to go get a stocking. I hood her with the pink sticking and add more black tape around her mouth and eyes. I then use the excess to pull her head back. She can't roll over and she can't move forward, but she might be able to move back,, I don't think she'll be back selling her wares in my neighborhood again. I leave her tied like this for the next 4 minutes. I remove her gag at the end and grab her by her hair and tell her if I catch her again, it will be a lot worse.
