Officer Heather is giving Freddy a pat down and arresting him, leading him over to a wall and handcuffing him and reading his rights. She puts him in the back of her patrol car and then saw someone break a traffic law. She quickly pulled him over, and it was Sultry. He tries to get out of a ticket by saying he left his information needed in the trunk, but Officer Heather looks for it with him. Instead she finds contraband and places him under arrest
