一个平静的女声突然让她僵在了原地。

女子自称阿尔芭·泽文，是雷蒙多的私人秘书。她质问梅拉在屋里做什么。梅拉试图虚张声势，坚称自己不是小偷——但当她伸手去摸钱包，想拿出个防身小工具时，情况迅速升级。

阿尔芭反应更快。

几秒钟之内，她就制服了梅拉，阻止她拿走任何东西，让这位调查员彻底屈服。下一个场景中，梅拉坐在沙发上，阿尔芭站在她身后，有条不紊地用绳子捆绑她。捆绑的过程清晰地呈现在屏幕上，阿尔芭用绳子缠绕梅拉的手臂、胸部、手腕、腿部和脚踝。

阿尔芭一边捆绑，一边审问她的俘虏。

梅拉拒绝合作。

阿尔芭冷笑着说，她很快就会查明真相，最后用一个白色的口塞紧紧地塞住梅拉的嘴。被捆绑的调查员独自一人挣扎。

玛雅的双臂被反绑在背后，身上缠满了绳子，但她还没有完全动弹不得。挣扎了几分钟后，她终于站了起来，笨拙地在房间里跳来跳去，拼命地寻找锋利的东西割断绳子。她打开抽屉和橱柜——却一无所获。

阿尔芭很快回来了。

看到玛雅能动了，她决定加固一下束缚。她搬来一把椅子，让玛雅坐下，然后把她牢牢地绑在椅子上，又在她的躯干和腿上缠上更多绳子，直到她完全无法动弹。

这次审讯奏效了。

在压力之下，玛雅终于承认自己为“内幕之眼”工作。

阿尔芭满意地点点头，再次封住了她的嘴——这次用了好几层胶带——然后把她无助地绑在椅子上，自己联系了她的雇主。

几分钟后，阿尔芭带着雷蒙多回来了，雷蒙多在镜头外说话，所以镜头里看不到他。

他们冷静地讨论着梅拉的情况。由于她是独自一人未经授权进入房子的，他们断定没有人知道她的下落。雷蒙多决定让调查员就此消失。

但首先，他们必须确保她没有携带任何监视设备。

梅拉被解开绳索，并被命令脱掉衣服，直到只剩下内衣——胸罩、内裤和连裤袜——阿尔芭仔细地检查着她。确认没有发现任何可疑之处后，雷蒙多下了最后的指示：再次将她捆绑起来。

无处可逃

在最后一个场景中，梅拉再次被紧紧地捆绑起来——这次是严格的猪蹄式捆绑，她的手肘被绳子紧紧地绑在背后。一块海绵被塞进她的嘴里，并用宽宽的灰色胶带紧紧地缠绕在她的头上封住。

目前，这位雄心勃勃的调查员只能希望“内幕之眼”的某人能意识到她已经停止报道——并在为时已晚之前开始寻找她。Mayla works for the investigative agency Inside Eye, which has been quietly monitoring a wealthy businessman suspected of laundering money for criminal organizations. Unfortunately for Mayla, she isn’t considered a top operative. Her assignment is simple surveillance: watch the villa from a distance and report when the owner, Raimondo, leaves the house.

To Mayla, the job feels like a waste of her abilities.

Ambitious and eager to prove herself, she decides to take matters into her own hands. One afternoon she spots Raimondo leaving the property. Convinced the house is now empty, Mayla sees her chance to find the evidence the agency has been searching for.

Without informing her colleagues, she slips through the garden gate using a master key and quietly enters the villa. The alarm system remains silent. Inside the elegant living room she searches through cabinets and drawers—and to her surprise she quickly finds a folder containing exactly the kind of documents she was hoping for.

Her success lasts only a moment.

A calm female voice suddenly freezes her in place.

The woman introduces herself as Alba Zevon, Raimondo’s personal secretary. She demands to know what Mayla is doing in the house. Mayla tries to bluff, insisting she is not a thief—but the situation escalates quickly when she reaches toward her purse, hoping to produce a small defensive device.

Alba reacts faster.

Within seconds she subdues Mayla and prevents her from retrieving anything, putting the investigator into complete submission.In the next scene, Mayla is seated on the couch while Alba stands behind her, methodically binding her with rope. The tying happens clearly on screen as Alba wraps rope around Mayla’s arms, chest, wrists, legs, and ankles.

While she works, Alba questions her captive.

Mayla refuses to cooperate.

Smiling coldly, Alba says she will discover the truth soon enough and finishes by securing a white cleave gag tightly between Mayla’s teeth. The bound investigator is left alone to struggle.

Mayla’s arms are tied behind her back and her body is wrapped in rope, but she is not yet fully immobilized. After several minutes of effort she manages to stand and hop awkwardly around the room, searching desperately for something sharp to cut the ropes. She opens drawers and cabinets—but finds nothing useful.

Alba soon returns.

Seeing Mayla moving around, she decides to make the restraints more secure. She brings in a chair, sits Mayla down, and ties her firmly to it, adding more rope around her torso and legs until she cannot move at all.

This time the interrogation works.

Under pressure, Mayla finally admits that she works for Inside Eye.

Satisfied, Alba seals her mouth again—this time with several layers of tape—and leaves her helplessly bound to the chair while she contacts her employer.

Minutes later Alba comes back with Raimondo, who remains unseen as he speaks from off camera.

They calmly discuss Mayla’s situation. Since she entered the house alone and without authorization, they conclude that no one knows where she is. Raimondo decides that the investigator should simply disappear.

But first they must make sure she is not carrying any surveillance device.

Mayla is untied and ordered to remove her clothes until she stands in lingerie—bra, panties, and pantyhose—while Alba carefully checks her. When nothing suspicious is found, Raimondo gives the final instruction: she should be secured again.

He will return later with a van to take care of the rest.

No Escape

In the final scene, Mayla is tightly restrained once more—this time in a strict hogtie, her elbows pulled close together behind her back with rope. A sponge is pushed into her mouth and sealed in place with wide gray tape wrapped firmly around her head.

Left alone on the floor, she struggles desperately, twisting and pulling at the knots. But the ropes are tight and expertly tied.

For now, the ambitious investigator can only hope that someone at Inside Eye realizes she has stopped reporting in—and starts looking for her before it’s too late.
