In this scene Jeanne was role-playing at something she often does in real life, hanging out at truckstops and other seedy places in hopes of being picked up and used. Only this time she ended up getting way more than she expected. After getting into the pickup truck with the weird guy who approached her she found herself being taken way out into the country to a dumpy little house stuck on some property that you couldn't even see from the highway. Jeanne wasn't too worried at first - she was just glad that she'd be getting some action that evening and have the opportunity to be taken advantage of, something she was always looking for.
