Barefoot wearing tight jeans, Bethany is secured to the bed with a collar & chain. Her feet are tied to the bed frame and her hands are tied behind her back and wrapped in duct tape so she cannot pick the knots. There should be no escape for our helpless damsel. But Bethany has very talented toes! First, she manages to untie the knot on the rope securing her feet to the bed frame. She then manages to stretch out and reach for the key to the padlock on the collar chain with her amazing toes.
