The thought went through her head that this was just like in those TV movies when everything goes lights out for the girl and then she wakes up bound and her mouth sealed up. She realized that the same thing was about to happen to her whether she wanted it or not. She held on for just a moment more of consciousness, realizing that once she went under that that was it. When she awoke she'd be this guy's captive - for as long as he wanted. She'd be the one in her own made-for-TV movie and who knows where the plot was heading?
