A mercenary steals a device for a mysterious woman. After recieveing his payment he tries to leave but is intercepted by a woman who later reveals herself to be a super hero. While he is interoggated by the super powered crime fighters. The buyer uses the device on herself giving herself incredible strength and the physique to go with it. Once the heroine gets the info out of the crook she confronts the woman but she is too late as the villains power now far exceeds her own.
