2. Kora, still in her straitjacket, gets hogtied - her feet are tied to her head, and there's no way she can break out of this uncomfortable position. She's ballgagged, and drool drips down her chin as she moans for mercy (she's losing hope of escaping.)

3. In the last scene, Kora is taken out of her straitjacket and strapped into a restraint chair. All escape attempts are futile. She can't move her limbs at all, and she can't cry for help around the gag. (she's never going to be free.)
