Once the position is set, I remove Astrid's worn, sweaty socks and stuff them into her mouth, then secure them in place with tight clear tape wrapped around her head so she can't push them out.


After that comes a short but noticeable bastinado bonus - I work her bare soles with a switch, not for long, but enough to leave an impression.


Then I tie her big toes together and connect them by rope to a line coming down from the ceiling. Finally, I step away and leave Astrid alone to enjoy the tight embrace of the ropes
