She figures she will be helpful in case the items have been misplaced or are breakable. JJ walks in as Rachel is examining the items. JJ panics instead of coming up with an excuse and pulls her weapon out from her waistband. JJ gets Rachel cuffed up on her wrists and ankles. Soon she gets out some jute rope and starts to boxtie Rachel who is dumbfounded by what is happening.
