When I could no longer tolerate being on my knees, Martin takes me from one position and straight to the next - 4rc3d to stand in my heels, held up by a rope going from my elbows to the top of the door frame. My feet were hurting and my arms were in agony. I wanted to tap but I know I couldn't so I had to push through the pain. It's always so worth it
