My big toes are bound together as well. To top it off, I have a very extreme gag. First, a dirty white sock is stuffed into my mouth. Over that goes medical tape, acting as a cleave gag. Then comes black tape. Later, another layer of tape is applied across my entire mouth, followed by a bandana. That makes for four layers of gagging in total. I am being tickled, and I struggle and moan. My perfect, soft soles are put on display.
