今天是娜奥米的生日，盖亚带着一份礼物来到了她家。
当娜奥米打开盒子时，她惊讶地发现这份礼物竟然是——在监狱里度过的一天。
娜奥米对此并不怎么高兴，但盖亚却显得异常兴奋。
娜奥米将有机会在监狱里以一名真正的囚犯身份体验一天：穿囚服、戴手铐、住牢房，以及体验电影里常见的种种情节。
当警察上门时，盖亚去开了门，结果她自己也被逮捕了。这究竟是个乌龙，还是真的被捕了？
于是，为了配合更彻底的搜身检查，盖亚和娜奥米被戴上手铐脚镣，赤着双脚，以“猪捆式”（即手脚反铐相连）的姿势被控制住。
随后在警局完成入狱登记手续后，她们换上了绿白相间的连体条纹囚服，并被戴上了全套刑具：硬式手铐、腰链以及脚镣。
然而，这漫长的监狱一日体验还远未结束……It is Naomi birthday and Gaia comes to her home with a gift.
When Naomi opens the box she discover that her gift it is one day in jail.
Naomi is not very happy but Gaia is very excited for her.
Naomi will have an opportunity to live as a real inmate for one day in jail: jumpsuit, handcuffs, cell and other experiences seen on movies.
When police arrives Gaia opens the door but also Gaia is arrested. Maybe a mistake or it is a real arrest?
So Gaia and Naomi ends in hogtie or hogcuff position by handcuffs and legirons barefoot for being searched better.
Then in police office after jail booking a one piece green and white stripes jumpsuit and shackles: rigid handcuffs, waist chain, legirons.
But the long day in jail is not finish ...
