April is bound to a chair, Her ankles are in the process of being tied with rope. She's already barefoot, and after her ankles are tied they get tied to the table restricting how far she can move them. A ball gag is placed in her mouth to keep her quiet. Her big toe get tied together and the tickling begins. She is tickled with fingers, feathers, electric toothbrushes, hair brush, comb and pinwheel on her soles and between her toes. She gets a bit of a rest while her feet get oiled with baby oil and the tickling continues.
