Starring Niki Lee Young, Jacquelyn Velvets, and Sleeperkid. Based off a custom script, real Estate agents Jacquelyn Velvets and Niki Lee Young are prepping a brand new house for an afternoon showing when Niki notices a random remote control on the kitchen counter. She presses it a few times, causing Velvets to suddenly go limp from the waist up and crumple to the ground…seemingly unconscious. Panicked, Niki drags Jacquelyn to the master bathroom as her client (SK) shows up. After some protest, Niki agrees to let him check out the master bedroom, and he soon discovers Velvets’ body resting on the cold tile floor. Turns out this potential customer is ALSO a sleepy fetishist…one who proceeds to strip Jacquelyn down to her bra and panties, only to notice the remote control tucked under her back.

After pressing a few buttons, Jacquelyn awakens, and we soon find out that she is a fembot designed to serve whoever holds the remote! SK smiles as he begins to plot a new twist in the evening, including programming Velvets to turn Ms. Young into a fembot via a virus transference!

After knocking Niki out with a blow from a frying pan, SK lets Jacquelyn get to work. She slowly “infects” Niki with the Fembot Virus, leading to TWO brand new toys for SK to play with! We watch as Sleeperkid slowly gets to know Niki the Fembot, leading her through some creative and innovative “freeze” and “sleep” commands, among others. He even allows her to revert to human form just so he can announce that he is indeed TAKING the place, as well as his new bots! Nikki tries to make a run for it but is “frozen” and reverted back to her fembot form. Minutes later SK decides to pair Velvets and Young up in the bedroom, leading to a sleepy/bodypile finale that PERFECTLY caps off this successful real estate venture!!!
