He moves in to tie her elbows touching pinning her arms to her body, he lets her tear out the ropes for a bit.

He grabs a knee high socks and completely stuffs her mouth and seals it using PVC tape and when wrapping her head tightly in clear tape.

He grabs another rope and tightly hogties her and leaves. He comes back after a while and adds a crotch rope and a hair tie (payback for the week of hogties)
