飴色ラバーキャットスーツと飴色リブレスフードの組み合わせで、両手を後ろ手で拘束します。その後、リブレスマスクの呼吸穴の上からさらに飴色ラバーマスクを装着するので息を吸う度にマスクが呼吸穴を塞ぎます。
今度はリブレスフードではなく毎度おなじみビニール袋を被せて完全密封します。毎回使用しているこのビニール袋ですが、色んなビニール袋を試してようやく見つけたもので、何気に拘っていて伸縮性があるのに丈夫で透明性が高く、苦しんでいる表情や顔にビニール袋が張り付く様子がよく見えるので重宝しています。
最後はボールギャグを装着してビニール袋を被せます。ボールギャグの最初のシーン（1/2）では、少し空気の通る隙間があるのか1回の呼吸制御としては尺が長めですが、少しづつ苦しんでいく様子をじっくり見たい方にオススメです。最後のシーン（2/2）ではいいリアクションを見せてくれます。
