身着糖色高叉乳胶衣与中筒靴子，用乙烯基绳进行自缚式龟甲绳缚。随后被捆绑在椅子上，戴上呼吸控制用乳胶头套接受震动折磨。呼吸逐渐变得粗重。后半段场景中，保持原有束缚状态，加戴开口口枷与橡胶口罩，用胶带封住唯一呼吸孔进行呼吸控制。本作堪称极致的橡胶贴合场景呈现。
