They are investigating a case about an international crime syndicate operating in Japan. Despise the efficiency of Tokyo Metropolitan Police, this case seems like completely stuck. Akane thinks in a theory: someone from inside the Police department is collaborating with the bad guys, and her main suspect is Kanon. So Akane follows Kanon to an underground facility and she confirms her suspicion when she finds Kanon with a gaijin, part of the criminal syndicate. Before she can escape, Akane gets captured by Kanon and the foreigner. While Kanon ties the hands of Akane tightly behind her back, the foreigner handgags Akane. Then they sit Akane on a chair while the bad guy gags Akane tightly with a wraparound tape gag, Kanon laughs about Akane as she watches her humiliated and tied up. Kanon fondles Akane's breast and body as Akane struggles humiliated in bondage, and mocks the captured detective. But then the foreigner bad guy grabs Kanon and starts tying her up too. He says that if the police department already suspects of her, then she is no longer useful for their plans.
