Wearing a satin blouse, skirt, pantyhose and high heels, McKayla Massey has been left tied to her office chair at work. She struggles to free herself but cannot. She manages to kick off her heels for better traction and scoots the chair over to her desk. But when she reaches for the phone, it slips through her bound hands and falls to the floor!
