Dr Progress hatches a plan to ransom a Fail-Safe Sister on Earth back to House Black of Unity City by immobilising her and taking her captive. It wont be so easy however, as Carmens Dark Energy power resists his weapon. Now the Doctor needs to beat her into submission, and that goes badly too, at first...
