Act 1: Megan is in a place that looks like her house or bedroom, resting. Her outfit would be something like pajamas or shorts with a crop top — the important thing is that her belly button is visible — and she is barefoot.
While she’s resting, she is surprised by the enemy, who attacks her with several hits to the face and stomach. To finish her off, he first applies a bearhug and then a backbreaker.
Megan ends up on the floor defeated but not KOed. At this point, the enemy takes out a special cream (it can be any type of cream) and applies it to Megan’s feet. This cream makes Megan is finished now, and the enemy leaves her lying there on the floor. That would be the end of Act 1.

Act 2: Megan is now looking for the enemy, possibly in the same location. This time, she’s wearing more casual clothes, but still with her belly button visible and wearing sandals.

As she’s searching, the enemy surprises her from behind and applies a neck chop, causing her to stagger and fall into the enemy’s arms. She is not KOed yet. At this point, the enemy once again applies a bearhug and then a backbreaker, leaving her on the floor again. The same dynamic as in Act 1 happens: the enemy removes her sandals and applies the special cream to her feet to make her remain moveless again, leaving her defeated.
