Then the warden announces a new cellmate, and Gracie walks in with her hands on her head.

The warden makes Gracie shackle her own ankles first, then cuff herself behind her back in hinged handcuffs and lock herself to the bars. Every cuff gets clicked tighter notch by notch until Gracie yelps, then Lexi's too. Gracie brags she is in for armed robbery as she struggles against the cuffs.

Since the two cellmates like each other so much, the warden returns with black shackles and locks their arms together across the bars. Cuffed, shackled and chained to each other, they can only tug and taunt until the warden calls lights out.
